Terms and Conditions

These Terms explain the rules for using Alahmar, including its courses, video tasks, memberships, e-commerce, dropshipping, digital products, withdrawals and affiliate features.

Last updated: 28 July 2026 Governed by applicable laws of Pakistan Secure digital platform
Agreement overview

By creating an account, purchasing a plan, accessing content, placing or fulfilling an order, using dropshipping tools, or participating in the affiliate programme, you agree to these Terms and any policies linked from them.

01

Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and Alahmar regarding your access to and use of this website, member dashboard, digital services, content, products and related features.

By using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not register, purchase a plan or use the platform.

Electronic records, online acceptance and digital communications may be used to form and administer your agreement with us, subject to applicable law.
02

Eligibility and legal capacity

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.
  • If you are under 18, a parent or lawful guardian must review and accept these Terms and supervise your use of the platform.
  • You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and verification.
  • You may not use the platform where doing so is prohibited by law, court order or regulatory restriction.
03

Account registration and security

Each user should maintain only one genuine account unless we give written permission for another account. You are responsible for protecting your password, verification codes and account access.

  • Do not share, sell, transfer or rent your account.
  • Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or account misuse.
  • You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless applicable law requires otherwise.
  • We may request identity, payment or business verification where reasonably required for security, withdrawals, compliance or fraud prevention.
04

Nature of the platform and services

Alahmar is presented as a digital learning and online-business platform. Depending on the selected plan and availability, services may include:

  • online courses, learning material and digital resources;
  • e-commerce tools, product information and business resources;
  • dropshipping-related tools, product listings or fulfilment support;
  • digital products, dashboards and account tools;
  • an optional affiliate programme; and
  • support, promotions and other features announced on the platform.

Features may differ by plan, location, availability and operational requirements. We may improve, replace, restrict or discontinue a feature where reasonably necessary.

How the platform currently works: an activated account may receive up to 20 eligible video tasks per day. The currently advertised task reward is Rs. 10 for each validly completed video, which may total up to Rs. 200 in a day. Tasks, quantities and rewards remain subject to availability, verification, anti-fraud checks and the rules shown in the member dashboard. They are not guaranteed and may be changed prospectively.

Learning topics may include online earning skills, local e-commerce, digital marketing, business development and educational information concerning crypto buying and selling. Crypto-related material is educational only and does not constitute investment, trading, financial or legal advice.

05

Membership plans, pricing and payments

  • Plan descriptions, prices and included features are shown before purchase or activation.
  • Prices are displayed in Pakistani rupees unless another currency is clearly stated.
  • You must use a lawful payment method that you are authorised to use.
  • Bank, payment gateway, withholding, sales tax or other charges may apply where required.
  • A plan is activated only after payment and any required verification are successfully completed.
  • We may correct obvious pricing, technical or typographical errors before providing the affected service.
Where the website displays a Rs. 1,000 lifetime membership, that amount is a one-time service and digital-access fee for the stated plan. It is not a deposit, security, savings product or investment, and it does not create any guaranteed return.

You are responsible for any taxes, reporting or filing obligations that apply to your purchases, sales, commissions or business activity.

06

Courses, digital products and educational content

Course and digital-product access is licensed to you for personal, non-transferable use, subject to your plan. Unless we expressly permit it in writing, you may not:

  • copy, record, republish, resell or redistribute course videos, files or digital products;
  • share paid content, login credentials or download links with another person;
  • remove copyright, branding or ownership notices; or
  • use our content to create a competing course, product or platform.
Educational material is provided for general learning and business-development purposes. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment or financial advice.
07

E-commerce activities

Where the platform enables or supports online selling, the seller remains responsible for the accuracy, legality, quality, pricing and description of the products or services offered by that seller.

  • Do not list counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, illegal, misleading or restricted products.
  • Product claims, prices and promotions must be accurate and must not mislead customers.
  • Sellers must comply with applicable consumer, advertising, tax, customs, product-safety and sector-specific requirements.
  • Sellers are responsible for customer service, order accuracy and any warranties they offer, except where we expressly agree otherwise.
08

Dropshipping and order fulfilment

Dropshipping involves third-party suppliers, couriers or fulfilment providers. Delivery dates, product availability and fulfilment estimates may change because of circumstances outside our direct control.

  • You must review product details and supplier terms before promoting or selling an item.
  • You must not make delivery, quality or performance promises that have not been confirmed.
  • Customs duties, taxes, courier charges, returns and failed-delivery costs may apply.
  • We may cancel, pause or decline orders affected by fraud, stock shortages, pricing errors, legal restrictions or supplier failure.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, use of a supplier or product listing does not constitute our guarantee of uninterrupted stock, delivery timing, resale profitability or customer demand.

09

Affiliate programme

The affiliate programme is an optional feature of the wider platform. It does not create an employment, agency, partnership, franchise or joint-venture relationship.

Where an eligible plan advertises an 80% affiliate commission, the percentage applies only to the commissionable amount of a qualifying, verified client transaction and is subject to the plan rules shown at the time of purchase. It does not apply to taxes, gateway charges, reversed payments, refunds, bonuses or non-commissionable components.

  • Commissions are payable only on eligible, successfully completed and verified transactions.
  • Self-referrals, fake accounts, duplicate accounts, misleading advertising, spam, forced sign-ups and payment manipulation are prohibited.
  • Reversed, refunded, fraudulent, disputed or chargeback transactions may not qualify for commission and may be deducted from a balance.
  • You must clearly identify yourself as an independent affiliate when promoting the platform.
  • You may not claim that income is guaranteed or present the affiliate programme as the only purpose of the platform.
  • Commission rates, eligibility rules and withdrawal requirements may be updated prospectively.
Eligible cleared balances may be requested through the withdrawal methods shown in the dashboard, which may include JazzCash, Easypaisa or a supported bank account. Client commission and advertising or task balances may be combined only where the current withdrawal rules permit it. Any example such as “Rs. 400 from a client plus Rs. 400 from ads” is an illustration, not a guaranteed payment of Rs. 800 for every client.
10

No guaranteed earnings or business results

Alahmar does not guarantee income, profit, sales, customers, business success, employment, investment returns or any particular financial result.

Results depend on many factors, including your skills, effort, experience, costs, pricing, market demand, advertising, customer service and compliance with applicable law. Examples, testimonials or historical results are illustrative only and are not promises of future performance.

11

Acceptable use and prohibited conduct

You must use the platform lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

  • commit fraud, impersonate another person or submit false identity, payment or business information;
  • access another user's account or attempt to bypass security controls;
  • upload malware, harmful code, unlawful material or content that infringes another person's rights;
  • scrape, reverse-engineer, overload, disrupt or interfere with the platform;
  • send spam, misleading promotional messages or unsolicited bulk communications;
  • manipulate orders, commissions, balances, reviews, referrals, rewards or platform statistics;
  • use the platform for money laundering, unlawful financial activity or prohibited products; or
  • violate applicable cybercrime, consumer, competition, intellectual-property or other laws.
12

Personal information, communications and security

We may collect and use account, contact, payment, transaction, device and usage information to operate the platform, process payments and orders, provide support, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations. Further details should be provided in our Privacy Policy.

You consent to receive service-related emails, verification codes, security alerts, order updates and account notices. Marketing messages should include any opt-out method required by applicable law.

No online system is completely risk-free. You must use reasonable security practices and immediately report suspected account compromise.

13

Intellectual property

The website, brand, software, interface, graphics, text, videos, course materials, databases and other original platform content are owned by or licensed to Alahmar and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You retain ownership of content that you lawfully submit. By submitting content for platform use, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display, process and use it as necessary to operate and promote the relevant service, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

14

Refunds, cancellations and technical exceptions

Because memberships primarily provide immediate access to digital courses, training, account tools and other digital benefits, purchases are generally non-refundable once the relevant plan, product, course or service has been activated or accessed.

Where a user joins through an affiliate link, an affiliate commission of up to the rate displayed for the relevant plan may become payable after the transaction is verified. This is an additional reason why a completed and activated digital purchase will ordinarily not be refundable.

  • Users must review the plan, course, price, included benefits and applicable rules before payment.
  • A refund or corrective action may be considered where payment was successfully received but the purchased service was not activated.
  • A request may also be considered where a verified technical fault prevented account or purchased content access and support could not restore it.
  • The user should report such an issue within 24 hours of payment through support@alahmar.com.pk or the official Alahmar Instagram support channel, with the registered email and payment evidence.
  • Duplicate payments, unauthorised transactions and payment-processing errors will be reviewed on their evidence and applicable payment rules.

Management will review each request using account, access, payment, affiliate and technical records. Its internal decision is final under this policy, subject always to any mandatory consumer right, court order or legal remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in this policy removes a mandatory right or remedy available under applicable Pakistani law, including where a service was never supplied or was materially misrepresented.
15

Account suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary because of:

  • breach of these Terms or another platform policy;
  • suspected fraud, security risk or unlawful activity;
  • chargebacks, payment failure or verification failure;
  • misuse of commissions, referrals, orders or platform features; or
  • a legal, regulatory, court or law-enforcement requirement.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may give notice or an opportunity to correct the issue. Serious fraud, security threats or unlawful conduct may result in immediate action.

16

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The platform is provided on an “as available” basis. We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, permanent availability of any course, supplier, product, payment method or feature.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or purely economic loss arising from lost profits, lost opportunities, business interruption, lost data, supplier failure, courier delay or third-party conduct.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

17

Your responsibility and indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate us for reasonable losses, claims, costs and expenses arising from your unlawful conduct, infringement of third-party rights, misleading product claims, prohibited listings or material breach of these Terms.

This section does not require you to compensate us for losses caused by our own unlawful conduct, negligence or breach where such responsibility cannot legally be transferred.

18

Changes to these Terms and services

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the platform, law, security practices, payment methods or business operations. The updated version will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date.

Where a change materially affects existing users, we may also provide notice through the website, dashboard or registered email address. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms, except where the law requires another form of consent.

19

Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan, including laws concerning electronic transactions, cybercrime, competition, consumer protection, taxation and intellectual property, as applicable to the relevant activity.

Before starting formal proceedings, you should contact us and provide sufficient information about the dispute so that both parties can attempt a reasonable resolution.

Subject to any mandatory consumer forum or statutory jurisdiction, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Pakistan having lawful jurisdiction over the matter.

If a mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim before another competent authority or forum, these Terms do not remove that right.
