This Policy explains what information Alahmar collects, why it is used, when it may be shared, how it is protected and the choices available to users of our learning, video-task, e-commerce, dropshipping, affiliate and withdrawal services.

Privacy overview

We collect information needed to create accounts, activate plans, deliver digital content, verify video tasks, process orders and withdrawals, calculate affiliate commissions, provide support, prevent fraud and maintain platform security. We do not sell personal information as a standalone commercial product.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Alahmar website, member dashboard, registration and login pages, courses, video tasks, memberships, digital products, e-commerce tools, dropshipping services, affiliate programme, withdrawal features and customer support.

By creating an account or using the platform, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described in this Policy and in accordance with applicable Pakistani law.

Account information

Name, email address, account ID, affiliate code, selected plan, profile image, password credentials and account status.

Payment information

Payment reference, amount, date, selected package, approval status and limited payment method details.

Withdrawal information

JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account details, withdrawal amount, status and verification records.

Learning and task data

Course access, progress, video views, task completion, rewards, timestamps and learning activity.

Order information

Product, order, customer, delivery, supplier, fulfilment and return-related information.

Technical information

IP address, browser, device, pages visited, session identifiers, cookies, logs and security events.

Please do not send us passwords, one-time PINs, complete card details or other secret credentials through email, Instagram, WhatsApp or general support messages.

  • Directly from you when you register, select a plan, make a payment, complete verification, submit a withdrawal, place an order or contact support.
  • Automatically when you use the website, dashboard, courses, video tasks or other features.
  • From the affiliate link or member code used when you register.
  • From payment providers, banks, JazzCash, Easypaisa, couriers, suppliers and other service partners where needed to complete a transaction.
  • From fraud-prevention, security and compliance checks where lawful and reasonably necessary.

How we use information

Account registration and verification

Registration requires account information such as your name, email address, password, selected plan and, where applicable, an affiliate code. We may also request additional information to confirm account ownership, prevent duplicate or fraudulent accounts, resolve payment issues or approve withdrawals.

Passwords and verification codes are used for account access and security. You are responsible for keeping them confidential and must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

We will not ask you to disclose your password or a one-time verification PIN through ordinary customer support messages.

Payments, withdrawals and financial records

When you purchase a plan or request a withdrawal, we process information necessary to verify the transaction and maintain an account record. This may include:

  • payment amount, reference, date and status;
  • selected plan or product;
  • JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account information used for withdrawal;
  • payment screenshots or supporting evidence;

Payment providers and financial institutions may process information under their own privacy policies. We generally do not need or intentionally store your complete card PIN, online-banking password or secret wallet credentials.

Courses, learning progress and video tasks

We record learning and task activity to deliver content, display progress, determine whether a task was completed, prevent repeated or automated views and calculate eligible rewards.

Records may include the course or video identifier, view date, completion status, earned amount, device, IP address, account ID and related anti-fraud information.

Task records may be checked before rewards or withdrawals are approved. Invalid, duplicated, automated or manipulated activity may be rejected.

E-commerce and dropshipping information

Where you use e-commerce or dropshipping features, information may be processed to list products, place orders, contact customers, arrange fulfilment, provide tracking, handle returns and resolve complaints.

Relevant customer and delivery information may be shared with suppliers, couriers, fulfilment providers and payment partners only to the extent reasonably required to complete the order or resolve a related issue.

Users who receive customer information through the platform must use it only for the relevant order, customer service and lawful record-keeping. It must not be sold, misused or used for unrelated marketing without proper permission.

Affiliate programme information

When a person joins through an affiliate code or link, we may connect the new account and qualifying transaction to the relevant affiliate account.

Affiliate records may include member IDs, referral codes, registration dates, plan details, transaction status, commission amount, reversals and withdrawal history.

An affiliate may be shown limited information needed to understand valid activity, such as a member name, affiliate ID, plan or transaction status. We do not intend to disclose passwords, complete payment credentials or unrelated private account details.

The website may use cookies, PHP sessions, local storage and similar technologies to:

  • banks, payment gateways, JazzCash, Easypaisa and withdrawal-processing partners;

How long information is retained

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the account, provide services, process transactions, maintain commission and withdrawal records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and comply with applicable legal, tax and accounting requirements.

Retention periods may differ according to the type of record. For example:

  • active account information is retained while the account remains open;
  • transaction, withdrawal, affiliate and dispute records may be retained after account closure;
